How long does shipping take?
We use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. All our products may take between 1-4 weeks estimated total for processing and delivery.
Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years, please not that shipping times are estimates only. We are unable to refund or cancel for a delayed order and an order that has already been shipped as carrier delays are outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders in the US and internationally.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, you may cancel within 12 hours. Please email support@illumikin.com if you wish to cancel.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order has been processed past the 12 hours and cannot be canceled after the item has shipped.
What if my parcel tracks as delivered but it hasn't arrived?
In the event that the package is lost in transit and/or not received, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the recipient's order, Illumikin will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods.
We can assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist client in locating lost parcel or missing parcel.
Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and restocking fees and will not be considered as a canceled order.
